Support for our products is currently on-line only (public forums and e-mail). This enables us to keep our costs (and yours) down. We provide our customers with support in foreground mode and users of evaluation versions of our products can also rely on our help during trial period. We support only the latest versions of our products. If you have any problems with old versions, please, upgrade them before contacting our technical support. It often happens that you find bugs that have been already fixed in the latest release of a product. Please, write your questions and comments only in English!

When asking for support please inform us of the following:
PatchFactory or DF SDK version installed
Full OS version installed (including Service Pack installed and Localization)
Detailed description of your problem (with a screenshot if possible)
Your registration information (if you are a registered user)
If you write a bug report and if the problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to cause it. If it is not reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), please describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed, leaving a blank line between steps (example: "1. Create a new patch. 2. Specify some information ...") .
If the problem causes any error messages to appear, please include error messages into your bug report.

Do not forget to select the correct Question Category for your message and write the detailed description of your problem - it can significantly shorten the respond time.
