Please, write your questions/comments/reports only in English (we do not guarantee an answer if you write it in another language)!

When reporting a possible bug or a question, be sure to mention these things:
  • The name and exact version of installed software (or its component) that the bug occurs on.
  • Which OS you are running or have tested on (i.e. Windows 98, NT 4.0, etc.) including Service Packs installed.
  • Detailed description of your problem
If you write a bug report and if the problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to cause it.
If it is not reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), please describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed, leaving a blank line between steps.

If the problem causes any error messages to appear, please include error messages into your bug report.
